5 Steps To PERFECT Skin !

Taking Care of your skin is as important as it is air to survive! NO JOKE!

Through taking care of your skin, is that you get to appear younger and look healthier. Many people are crazy in love with applying makeup but don’t focus so much on skincare,

HEY! your skin is your canvas, take care of it, help it last.

 

There are MANY benefits that come with taking care of your skin, so today I want to share five simple steps to get that flawless, perfect skin, through taking care of your skin (skin care).

Step 1. REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP 

This is for my Makeup lovers; PLEASE REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP BEFORE GOING TO BED! This is crucial.

“each night you sleep in your makeup, your pores become more clogged. Eventually, this can result in the formation of a microcomedone, which attracts the acne-causing bacteria to your pores.” says Dr. Schweiger.

Now, do you see how important it is to remove your makeup every night? And remember all of this can lead to pushing your skin to age. Now don’t just remove your makeup and go to sleep, that’s still bad, Next step you must…

Step 2. WASH YOUR FACE

Every night and every morning WASH YOUR FACE this is very important, this removes oils and bacterias from your face. NOW, after you finished with step 1, removing your makeup, washing your face is next. Wash it with soap any soap that’s best for your skin.

I personally love using a cleaning electronic brush when washing my face after using makeup that day, since it helps remove more of the makeup within my pores and it helps to exfoliate my skin.

But in reality, what’s important it’s to make sure your face is washed and clean. BUT ONCE AGAIN, it doesn’t end here… (TIP: Wash your face with cold to warm water it helps your pores close, fewer bacterias would be allowed in your kin. Hot water opens up your pores THATS BAD!)

Step 3. PAPER TOWEL

So after I wash my face, I like to dry my face with a paper towel. I got this tip from a YouTuber. She explained how towels hold bacterias after we continue to use them, so it’s better to dry your face with a paper towel,

Especially if you have acne, this helps you decrease your acne.

This has helped me decrease my acne A LOT! BEST THING I’ve learned on youtube!

Step 4. TONE & MOISTURIZE

A good toner will remove any remaining bits of oil, dirt and debris left behind by the cleanser.  More importantly, toner will help soothe, nourish and hydrate the skin while restoring its delicate pH balance.

TONING HAS BEEN A LIFE CHANGER FOR ME! Tone your face every time you wash your face, and I, pinkie promise you will see the difference. I get so many compliments on my face now

NOW MOISTURIZING! “Using the right kind of moisturizer for your skin can help maintain its balance” You must know if you have oily skin, dry or combination to be able to determine which moisturizer to get.

Last but NOT least STEP 5. MASK

Weather is skeet mask or night masking THEY ARE ALL GOOD! I love it, it’s amazing. They help hydrate your face, especially a sleeping mask, I LOVE FOR THOSE.
